The bad experience was with the credit card payment, nothing to do with the person on call. I pay with a Corp C/C and your online payment charges 4 times and the dollar amounts are not correct. The customer service employee told me that there is a problem with the online orders. When your online charges the card 4 times it takes away $ from out available credit. It took almost a week to have the charges removed and the available credit updated on our card. Can this be corrected?
