DuraLabel ships to Canada through the Non-Resident Importer (NRI) program in partnership with FedEx. This program streamlines customs clearance, reduces paperwork and brokerage fees, and ensures faster delivery.
As part of the program, Graphic Products, Inc. — the parent company of DuraLabel — acts as the Canadian Customs Importer of Record, while FedEx serves as the customs broker. When your shipment enters Canada, FedEx pays the 5% GST on your behalf and bills Graphic Products directly — you’ll never be billed by FedEx for GST.
All orders to Canada are shipped via FedEx International Economy by default, though other shipping methods can be arranged upon request.
