DuraLabel PRO FAQ:
Windows 7 Issue - Larger documents may fail to print in Windows 7 (32bit and 64 bit). There is no specific size where the document will fail to print as there are many different factors involved in the issue. If the printer queue is opened, the status will just say “printing” but the document never actually prints. If you can print simple files in Windows 7 but not more complex ones, the following work-around should allow the sign or label to print:
In the options tab of the printer properties, set the “Direct to Buffer” setting to High Density. This should allow the larger, more complex document to print.

The following file includes the drivers for Windows NT, 2000, XP, Vista and 7. This is the driver for the DuraLabel PRO (See below for the DuraLabel PRO 300 driver.)

*NOTE:
You need Administrative Rights to install
these drivers. Many computer users confuse
Administrative Rights with the ability to
use the machine. In order to find out if
you actually have Administrative Rights,
do the following:
Click Start>Settings>Control Panel.
Double click users and find out which
group your logon name falls in. If it doesn't
say "Administrators", then you don't have
the ability to install a DuraLabel printer
driver to your system and will need to call
your IT department to install it.
Symbol File Viewer for DuraLabel PRO
The following file allows customers to view DuraLabel Symbols in their browser window.

IT Administrative Privileges and a computer restart are required for installation of the Symbols File Viewer.
